Return Eligibility

Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange.

Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact. We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, altered, or damaged.

Exclusions: Final sale items, including clearance items and personalized/customized home décor items, are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return

Submit a Request: Contact our customer service team at support@cozyhavendecor.store with your order number and reason for return.

Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with instructions for returning your item.
Return Shipping

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Packaging: Please return the product in its original packaging to ensure it arrives in good condition.
Refunds

Processing Time: Once your returned item is received, please allow 7–10 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.

Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges

Availability: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or design, please contact our customer service team to confirm availability.

Process: To exchange, first return the original item by following the steps above, then place a new order for the replacement item. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Damaged or Defective Items

Report Issues: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at support@cozyhavendecor.store. Include a detailed description and photos of the issue.
